Buffet Runner

  • Keep food items on the buffet properly stocked and labeled based on business volume 

  • Keep buffet and station clean and stocked throughout the shift 

  • Communicate par levels to cooks throughout the shift 

  • Initiate positive interactions with our guests and contribute to the friendly service of the restaurant 

  • Complete par sheets, prep, and sidework within scheduled time 

Cook

  • Maintain recipe integrity and presentation standards for consistency and quality 

  • Follow prep sheet assignments 

  • Complete additional cooking as business volume dictates 

  • Store recipes and food correctly in designated areas including labels and dates 

  • Complete par sheets, prep, and sidework within scheduled time

Dishwasher

  • Clean and sanitize all plates, cups, cutlery, pots, and pans according to company procedures

  • Safely store all dishes, pans, and utensils to ensure proper drying and safety protocol standards 

  • Restock service plates, bowls, cutlery, utensils, cups, and cookware in designated areas 

  • Maintain proper chemical ratios in dish machine and wash sinks 

  • Empty and replace trash cans and break down boxes at designated times 

  • Complete sidework and prep lists during scheduled hours
