Dishwasher

  • Clean and sanitize all plates, cups, cutlery, pots, and pans according to company procedures

  • Safely store all dishes, pans, and utensils to ensure proper drying and safety protocol standards 

  • Restock service plates, bowls, cutlery, utensils, cups, and cookware in designated areas 

  • Maintain proper chemical ratios in dish machine and wash sinks 

  • Empty and replace trash cans and break down boxes at designated times 

  • Complete sidework and prep lists during scheduled hours
